For 3 years as a Coordinator to manage the grass root activities and served his level best to the NGO during the period (1993 to 1995)
Worked with Paraspara Trust a Non Governmental Organization working towards the Elimination of Child Labour system in the Society and promoting CBO (Community Based Organization) Women groups and Youth Groups for the Community Development and Child Rights Activities in Bangalore Urban District by networking with other NGO's and working with Govt., as joined hands to reach out towards the goals and objectives,He worked as a Program Director for Paraspara Trust and served his level best to the NGO during the period (1995 to 2003)
Founder of IPDP (Integrated Project for Development of People) marked its beginning in the year 2004 by a handful number of social workers and likeminded people, who always wish to serve the poor, marginalized, disadvantaged and other vulnerable people in the society. The main focus is on education, health, basic amenities for the needy in the community, vocational training in order to create awareness on women empowerment as well as child rights. Executed many projects successfully through trainings, workshops and direct exposure visits through a sustainable approach including participative intervention in the community. Services and Awareness was always the top priority in all of the programs. Our role as a Facilitator between the Community and the Government has successfully yielded fruitful results. IPDP organize various kinds of awareness programs for the slum communities. IPDP had always made sure to get ready the community to fight for their demands from the concerned departments.
