Vocational Training is truly the need of the hour. And especially in country like India where major percentage of our education system is based on the conventional studies and due to poverty a large section of the population are unable to send their children to school or continue support till the completion of their education, hence most of them drop out of their school and take up odd jobs without any skill or training. Vocational Education is the skill based training provided to students through variuos courses to enhance their skill ability and also to find a lucrative job in the competitive job market.
Integrated Project for Development of People (IPDP) is successfully executing skill development program since 2014. We did a humble beginning and now collaborated with Smile Foundation; we are successfully running the skill development program. We are providing free training and placement to the underprivileged youths in nearby Kengeri region. Interested and underprivileged youth in the age group of 18-25 are provided with free computer basics, English, personality and retail management training courses to help them find a good job. Career counseling and exposure visit sessions are done on time to enhance the working capability in the job market. We are soon in the process to tie with other big entities in order to take skill development initiatives to the next level.

Integrated Project for Development of People (IPDP) is successfully executing skill development program since 2006. We did a humble beginning with Rotary Club support and now collaborated with Weir Mineral India Pvt Ltd. we are successfully running the skill tailoring programme. We are providing free training and placement to the underprivileged women in the nearby Garments. The age group for Tailoring is from 18 to 40 years, from 2006 to 2019 we have completed 12 batches and trained 480 women and placed them to various Garments and some of them are doing their own self stitching at home. A few women entreprenuers listed below.
